As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

We had four important meetings today.
1.  Hyundai Car Dealership
2. WOW Motors
3.  Arirang Print Shop
4.  Leechard Headquarters
Bruno the Beast [our van} is on his last days of life so today we headed out to find a replacement for him.  We want to get a truck but with us opening a boxing club and me having Flipside Fitness, a van is just more practical.  We've got a lot of people!
Ya, that's Bronco's side -- brutal, I know.  It definitely looks worse in person!!!
It's beyond scratched, it's got some of it's side actually ripped off.  That white part, ya, that's a chunk of its exterior missing.  Leave it to Snickers to scrape against a wall.
"Look out for walls," I told him, "they tend to stay still."
Looking turned into pondering and, next thing I knew it, pondering turned into buying.
We bought this van, well not this one exactly but a custom Starex van -- the luxury edition.   It'll be arriving in the next two weeks.
Technically the van is ours, it's in our name, but it's been purchased by our sponsor -- WOW Motors.  He only sells imported, high end cars so a Starex van is not really on his level.  He couldn't exactly give us a Porshe or a Lamborghini to drive around in although I wouldn't complain if he did.
