As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Am convinced my Boxercise Beginners KILLED it with their workout tonight and to prove it, I outlined their sweat marks in the photo.  They continually train so hard and I love that.  I'm so proud of them!!!
We finish at midnight but very rarely does work finish then.  Tonight I had a PT meeting and it took us to a restaurant whose wall was completely covered in sea shells.

We surely added to the pile of shells ready for the wall but we kept our messages to just sharing them at the table and making promises to each other about future success.

Today's Schedule:
10am -- errands for the boxing club
12pm -- meeting with construction crew
2pm -- work start time at the club
12am -- work finish time at the club
12:20am -- PT meeting
1:50am -- grocery shopping for the club
2:15am --go get pylons for front parking
2:40am -- go home and clean the house
3:30am -- go to bed
