As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

It was a packed club tonight, seriously!!! When I took this picture at there were 17 people training and only Snickers and I coaching them all.
I grabbed some of my favourites and snapped this shot.  These guys come every single day we're open and they train like pure beasts!!!  The guy on the right here, champion of the two-tire jump exercise, seriously.  He may be small but yikes, he's like dynamite -- small but super powerful!!!
These pictures were taken right after I had trained and went as follows....
... I don't feel to good.
[sat down]... I really don't feel good
[puke]
Yup, really classy.  I puked right as this picture was snapped -- all over the front of my shirt, in my sauna suit that kept it nice and warm and nasty to walk around in.
