As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Was woken up by WOW Motors President, asking us if we wanted to go to lunch.  I suggested we drive this car, we didn't but the BMW we raced off in was more than just a sweet ride.  The whole roof was a massive sunroof, pretty stylin'.
He took me to a buffet restaurant for lunch -- I'm not a fan of buffets but must admit All That BBQ is probably the only one in this entire world you'd ever get me to agree to eat at!!!
After a year of buying these "loud" pants, I finally wore them.
I figure that this is THE YEAR OF THE DREAM for me so why not just do what I want to do.
I've turned my passion for boxing into a dream boxing club, dared to chop off all my hair, and am working on my dream body, so why not just wear the loud pants that for the last year have been taunting me in my closet.

Hey Amy,
You look great. I haven't commented in a long time. You're doing great.
