As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Riding the Cute Card

Chillaxin' in the morning with our four-legged beauties is exactly how I love spending my mornings.
We usually all cuddle up on the couch -- Snickers with his hot chocolate, me with my coffee, Pac up on the back of the couch, Balboa trying to snuggle into any random spot and Pyen Chi at the foot of the couch.
But with Pyen Chi going through an excessively long shedding season this year, our mornings include lots of combing because if it's not combing we're doing than it's picking up all her fur.   She sheds like non other!!!  Don't believe me?!  Well, see that white bag?  Everyday it gets full of her fur after just ten minutes of combing her!

I'm hoping her shedding finishes asap because a bored Pyen Chi is a bad Pyen Chi and she's quite bored when she's not working.  Actually, I don't think it's that she's bored, I think it's because she's home with Pac and Balboa and they tend to be two trouble-making boys!!!
Today a roll of toilet paper fell victim to our four-legged beauties/terrorists and you know they totally tried to ride the "cute card" when we came home!
