As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Something isn't Quite Right

Notice anything wrong with my face?!
I love Pyen Chi like no other gal but she's almost the same weight as me now so coming home to her jumping up on me is getting too dangerous for me.  Last night when I returned home from work she jumped up on me, slamming against the wall and I took a paw to the face and a nail to the eye.  It was incredibly painful.  If I weren't wearing makeup under my eye it'd be a black eye.  And no, that's not a cut, it's blood that's just under a thin layer of skin.
Notice anything missing from this picture?!
I just had to get Snickers to snap a shot of this particular member and I.  I'm really becoming fond of this particular gal, she's super hilarious to train with because she simply hates exercising but she also hates to wear something else too.  Can you figure it out?!
[The gal just never seems to wear pants.]
