As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Toilet Thursday and a Special Visit

Cleaning toilets is never really fun but these mirrors in the bathroom are awesome and Korea, with it's over fascination to take pictures galore, I'm really surprised I'm the only one snapping shots in here.
These mirrors, two words -- TOO FUN!
What's also too fun is this little man -- Baekgom.  He's Pacquiao's father and came to visit tonight with Mouse Doctor.  It was so wild to see him because in so many ways he reminds me of my Pac!!!
He's just as skittish around people like Pac and super curious about things too.
But unlike my Pac, Baekgom does not like peanut butter!  I lined a small water bowl with it and he didn't seem impressed.  He did however favor me;)

Looks so much like my 수정! My dog doesn't like peanut butter either. It was kind of disappointing to figure that out. She is a fan of cheese though. :) Also, look at those guns! Dang girl, all that hard work is really showing. Congratulations!!
