I've come up with this ingenious super natural, ultra cheap way of keeping cool!!!
... it's called SWEAT YOUR BUTT OFF. Trust me, after a good body sweat via hard training anything and everything else feels so much cooler. But if you're looking for an extra cool means, work out and then stand in front of the club fan. With your body drenched in sweat you'll then be instantly cooled, perhaps maybe too cooled so be careful not to get a chill.
I've discovered the perfect secret to getting the body (and booty) you want!!!
... it's called getting off your butt and training hard. I know, I know, it's quite a silly secret but you'd be absolutely, incredibly fascinated at how many pity parties I've been invited to from people that don't know this secret.
And... that's not all I've discovered, oh no.... no, no, no.
Stressing over eating clean DOES NOT burn calories, it may give you wrinkles though.
Eating clean ISN'T more expensive that eating poorly, or "eating dirty" as I like to call it, so that card is out.
Thinking about training DOES NOT get you the body you want, but it may give you a big bum.
You don't always get what you wish for, you get what you WORK for.
I've also discovered that way too many people don't understand how to use the word "obsessed". Obsessed does not properly label those who care about their health and fitness and are pro active about the two, "intense" maybe but not obsessed. Obsessed is the word lazy people use to describe the dedicated.
Ohhhhhhhhhhhh... such harsh realities, I know, but sometimes the truth hurts and sometimes you just have to have the truth up close and in your face for you to really grasp it. I lectured some of the young guys I'm training at Hulk's about the importance of eating clean. I've been trying really hard to change the mentality of many of our members with regards to food. Food is NOT the enemy. Moreover, I hate the word "diet" and so many of our members use it. "Because I'm dieting I don't eat after training... I only eat chicken salad", one told me. "Ya, so you're going to do that till you lose body fat and then what?!" I asked. My question left him stumped. He hadn't thought that far in advanced. I suppose he thought he'd just get down to his goal weight and then it'd be easy to just resume "normal life". The key is to LIFESTYLE CHANGES and I've really been pushing this upon my members, asking them how they're changing their lifestyle habits. We're all about promoting lifestyle changes at Hulk's, hence why we'll tell members to not come in everyday and quiz them about what they ate that day. You can't possibly train every day for the rest of your life nor should you, hello overtraining! Even I don't train every day and you know how much I love training.
