As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Love from Four-Legged Friends and Two-Legged Ones

Apparently I'm now some kind of collie or at least some random dog at the pet store has been named after me.  And no Snickers, I don't think she's going to give you your change back.
But yes, I randomly do pick up teddies that aren't mine and kiss them.  Snickers said I was harrassing this bear but, like I've always said, it's not harrassment if you like it and this bear liked my kiss, don't you worry.  He liked it so much he kissed me back!!!
All work and no play make for a very boring day and the same is true for working out. Here's some of our members playing around after training... good times.
They say those who train together stick together and this is surely true.  I am blessed by the awesomeness that walks through our club doors everyday -- they're just so great and it's great to be working for them and working out with them.
