As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Not Only Beauty but Brains too!

Snickers took this shot of us -- Pyen Chi and me.  It was May 3rd, 2011 and it was the first day we ever met but, as you can tell by the size of her, even at 2 months old Pyen Chi never was a small pup.  She came out big and just kept on getting bigger and bigger... and smarter too!!!
Now she's such a smart girl, bigger and smarter than ever!!!
She's so serious when I'm trying to train her.  I know she tries hard to understand what I'm saying so I love trying to teach her new words.
Training Pyen Chi new words and practicing her already-learned commands is always rewarded with lots of hugs and kisses.  Extra loving for my smarty-pants Pyen Chi.  She's so awesome!!!
