As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Glossy Fitspiration

The new issue of Oxygen fitness magazine arrived and I was so overly excited.
Pyen Chi shared in my excitement only to score some free hugs and kisses by a super happy me.
Word hit the web not too long ago that my beloved fitness magazine was ending so I wasn't expecting to hear anything more from Oxygen and I definitely wasn't expecting to receive another issue.  I thought there'd be no more issues but another company bought over Oxygen so it's still very much alive and well.  Thanks AIM for giving Oxygen some oxygen so it can breathe again!!!
Pyen Chi did however find much excitement in today's members.  This is the pre-chase shot of her after Pyen Chi decided to chase some members doing a pyramid workout.
