As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

An Overdose on Cuteness and Cooking

With today being my bonus day off, my entire morning was all about my three-legged beauties.
We laid in bed chillaxing until about noon -- the three of them, Snickers and I.
Love my four-legged beauties.
Anyone who says you can't buy love has never had a puppy lick their face.
My ingredients for my week's worth of meals -- lots of greens and an overload of protein.
I should note that I ended up pulling out more chicken from the fridge and some leftover broccoli too. The bananas were actually a treat for my pups and no Balboa wasn't an ingredient.
This week I focused on two main one dish wonders: my chicken sandwich guts and my version of Korean bokkembap (fried rice and veggies).  I should note here that turned my bokkeumbap into a spicy chicken curry the next morning when I realized the dish was just too raw and too salad-like for my liking.
Pyen Chi got a little tired waiting for everything to cook but Pacquiao insisted on checking and double checking the floor to see if I had dropped anything.
Cooked up lots of chicken and then packed up all my meals.
Viola, six days worth of precooked meals -- 18 meals.
I'm ok with eating the same thing everyday but I did try to change things up by switching up the seasoning used on my chicken -- cooked about three different seasoned chicken styles -- and the same with the seasoning of my veggies.
My precooked meals takes up a full shelf in the fridge but Pyen Chi's curious about what's on the top shelf... nothing good lady.  It's full of random things people have given me or Snickers has picked up, like a mini cheesecake, bagel with cream cheese, a mini pizza, and a bag full of something fried.

A special sarcastic thanks here to Jock Head, for showing up at my house at 2am with a massive bag of baked bread goodies from Toujours.  Talk about testing my commitment to eating clean.
Bread is my biggest weakest... by far!!!
