As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

The Pictures-Packed Entry for a Picture Perfect Day

There's always some kind of odd fun to get into at Hulk's.
And today it was a random skateboard that's made it's way here.
Pyen Chi didn't quite like it though and tried to stop Snickers by biting him.
Yup, Snickers is 29 going on 12.
And yup, that's me on my back.  So much for flipping the skateboard.  I was the one that got flipped.
But it's not all fun and play at Hulk's, we do train hard too!!!
Definitely hard.
In the early afternoon we're bombarded with all the young students and girls, but come evening and the place is buzzing with the young guys, all wanting to whale away at the sandbags.
... well, some get distracted by Pyen Chi.
Today it was Pyen Chi's last day of work, until the fall that is, so she was bombarded with excessive hugs and kisses from some of her favourite guys.  Pyen Chi sure knows how to pick them!!!
