As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Feeding the Positive "Go Green" Energy of Hulk's...

We have a BABY HULK!!!
Standing in under three feet, this little one is beyond adorable though she's too cute to really be Hulk smash scary.  The only thing scary about her is how much I want to swing her around.
And we have a HULK FISHY... hahaha.
One of my young Hulkies won this at school and brought it by the club to show me.  
We let Hulk Fishy chill on the juice bar while we hulked out.
These little ones may be little but don't be decieved, they ALWAYS hulk smash any workout I put them through -- they're super awesome like that.
And of course we have a WOW HULK.
He's our main club sponsor and actually our oldest member.  But don't let his age fool you, he definitely can make a fool out of the younger guys in the ring!!!
