As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Team Hulk Cashes in On the Sports Day Win


Yah to Date Night and yah to winning at Sports Day!!!
Scoring such a big win at Sports Day meant we got to eat out in style, with all the fixings, and have some winning money to spare... sweet!!!
After dinner we randomly stopped by the new Emart to pick up a few things, none of which we actually found in the store but perhaps that was due to some minor distractions, like race cars and elephant-riding.
Not too sure what the heck Snickers is doing here or his fascination with this pink-haired doll.
But we just HAD to play with these masks when we stumbled across them.
And yes, we definitely did buy the Hulk mask... just had to!!!
Leave it to Snickers to insist on wearing it all the way home, in and out of the car.  He yelled "HULK SMASH" to random drivers but the funniest was when we got out of the car and he walked home with groceries in hand and mask still on his face.
