As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

A Day Off with the Night On

With it being my day off, I spent it with the beauties -- my small, medium and double extra large babies.
All different sizes, totally different personalities but all equally awesome.
Apparently Balboa thinks I'm an awesome couch for him to pass out on, nice.
And apparently I think he's just too cute to get away with my camera not snapping pics of him.
No sooner had the day finished but I was at Hulk's.
This was the scene I walked into, Snickers riding around the club on one of our Hulkies' bikes.
And while Snickers joked around with our Hulkies, I got down to business with two of my self-proclaimed assistants.  These two sisters are just too awesome; Snickers calls them and the other mini-Hulkies my little gang because they only train with me and they follow me around the club.
Maybe it's me who follows them around... hahaha.  Awesomeness like this isn't to be ignored and my mini-Hulkies definitely ooze of awesomeness galore.
