As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Spoiled Rotten and Pure Eye Candy

I insisted Snickers NOT to buy me anything while he was on his business trip, especially once I heard he was coming back later than expected.  So he held off on giving me his gifts but who was I to get mad at him when his gifts revealed such sweetness?!!!
He also bought me a beautiful shawl but considering he walked into the room wearing ONLY it, I couldn't exactly post the picture of it... hahaha.
The only thing he brought back for himself was fried noodles but he brought back some coffee for us to share -- we do love our coffee time together!!!  And deodorant?!  Come on... it's hard to find in Korea and deodorant has become one of those long-lasting inside couple jokes between us.  Don't tell anyone but he often uses mine because, and I quote him here, he thinks "it's fun to wear"... bwahahaha.
And as if a morning of gifts and pure spoil time wasn't enough, today was his day off but he came in to visit, twice, and then he geared up for some intense training.
He may be notoriously known and feared as the Korean Hulk but he's such a sap to me!
... as I am to him too though.  Dang, my husband is H-O-T, and yes all caps are definitely appropriate!!!
