As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Going Greener than Green and Getting Silly at Hulk's

This was my picture for my 100 days of happiness.
We've had a very successful week so today Snickers posed a little day date before work -- coffee shop bought hot chocolate for him and a cappacinno with an extra shot for me.
Buying coffee has been a luxury for us ever since starting Hulk's, so it's a rare treat we save only for out-of-town road trips and once every two weeks, if that.
It's always a lot of fun working at Hulk's but today it was an exceptionally action-packed, silly day.
My Hulkies acted more like monkeys today... hahahaha.
But with the fun also comes a lot of hard training too.
We're not just all fun, just like we're not just all hard training -- we definitely overdose on both!!!
And with the change of the weather, more of our Hulkies are sporting their Hulk club tank tops.
Here I am with my boy King Kong, he's a very good friend of mine but also one of our Sushi Crew memebers who train late and train extra hard.
A special shout-out here to our Sushi Crew, for training hard and then racing back over to their restaurant to prepare a most delish post-training meal.
Gotta love a private dinner party given to you by a bunch of guys who are not only dedicated Hulkies but whom have also become friends.
This is my life -- work started at 2pm and ended at 2:30am -- and I love, love, LOVE it!!!
