As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

The Wow in Hulk's -- in Our Hard Training and Clean Eating

This was on the packaging for the new Quest bars that got delievered to Hulk's today -- love it.
I loved it so much I decided to tape it up on our juice bar wall actually.
I wouldn't say we're 'obsessed' though, we're just very passionate about training hard -- we love boxing!
Our main sponsor WOW loves boxing too -- his whole family loves Hulk's.
And after we trained hard with WOW President, we then headed over to his restaurant where his wife than fed us.  He trained hard with us and she fed us clean food. [That's her behind Snickers.]
A post-training meal of champions -- raw beef, egg, rice, and a massive plate of fresh chopped veggies.
And then of course there's the additional veggie side dishes and soup that accompanied my meal... and the positive partner to eat it with.
