As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Great Things in Today

One of my favourite places to enjoy a morning snack outside, a gazebo located 5mins from Hulk's.
Had a business errand to run today which meant I had to go to the local open market -- love this place!
Love these little four-legged beauties, even if they give me a hard time sometimes.

Nothing says "we're great friends" like one of my Hulkies bringing his friend to the club
and then telling him to step into the ring for sparring.
Sparring was pretty much the only training these guys did tonight.
The rest of the time they spent it being distracted, aka playing pool.
Love these two sisters, aka my mini personal assistants.
These two work hard as in the workout hard and they work hard for me too.
Here they are helping me clean up my plants and water them.
