As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Lots of Love and Often it's Tough

My sister-in-law and her husband have started training at Hulk's, so my little nephew came along.
For a little mini Korean, this little man has EXCELLENT manners.
He must have just stood there for a good twenty minutes, just watching his parents working out.
I couldn't even bribe him to move but, as it turns out, he's all about the Hulk mask!!!
Here's two of my Hulkies hulking out with the Hulk mask -- looking good guys!
Tonight my two "assistants" helped pretty up the club by volunteering to paint our fan.
It isn't quite done yet but does look so much better than before.  Thanks little ladies.
And here are two other female Hulkies.  After lecturing them about the importance of eating healthy and eating a post training meal, I then insisted they sit at our juice bar and let me prepare them a little snack.
Train hard + eat clean = mind, body and spirit upgrade
