As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Mini Hulkie Madness Kicked off My Day

I tried to snap a shot of some of my mini Hulkies playing frisbee but they caught on quickly what it was I was doing and kind of photo bombed what was supposed to be an action shot... hahaha.  Too cute.
The other day I taught two of these how to throw a frisbee and today it was a first time for two more.
They absolutely loved it despite one taking a frisbee to the mouth and two colliding.
After all their frisbee-throwing, chicken-war-playing, relay race-running, and robe swinging, we hung out at the juice bar for a bit.  They had brought snacks from their school's sports days.
K-Gere dropped by today, to workout a bit actually and to chat.
Snickers saw K-Gere working out via the security camera so he dropped by too.
I keep my club fridge and freezer full of good clean eating meals but after a day like today, we decided to treat ourselves to some fresh clean eating... hello delish!!! Gotta love the fact one of my sponsors has a 24hr restaurant that sells food that is as healthy as it is tasty to the tummy.
