As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Nothing Normal, I Know, and I'm Happy for that

Me experimenting with some questionable Japanese hair dye and trying to play with the effects of the mirror to kill the time waiting for the hair dye to do it's thing.  There was no way I was going to walk out in the club with a head full of stinky, smelly hair dye so I waited it out... hahaha.
I'm not the only one who acts strange and derranged, down right silly and goofy at Hulk's.
Check out some of the fun we have with the Hulk mask... too much fun.
And now we have a Hulk hand -- I love this thing!!!
I ordered for one of the birthday events I'm planning, it arrived today and I've already hulk smashed just about everyone and everything with it.  Even Pyen Chi got a hulk smash pat to the tush with this.
