As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Past, Present and Fabulous

Despite now having my own boxing club's tank top and having bought some super fun fitness tanks, this particular tank top is my favourite.  It's from my original boxing club, back in Canada, and on days when I want things to be particularly awesome, I get it out of my closet and sport it... like today.
Ended a very productive and very busy Monday with an intense weight training workout with one of my Sushi Crew guys -- King Kong.  I rocked my EMBA tank top and he rocked a Hulk's top.
And together we definitely rocked that late night workout... woozers!!!
Then, of course, after training hard we made sure to refuel.  
Downed a spinach-packed smoothie that surely the great old Popeye would be proud of.
And speaking of proud, today we totally maxed out today's page in our attendance book -- ya for Hulk's!!!
