As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Starting in the Dark and Ending in the Dark

This is how I started my day at Hulk's, with the lights down low
and my three four-legged beauties happy.
My 3 four-legged friends weren't the only four-legged friends at Hulk's today.
Today Pacquiao's father Du Lee came by with Mouse Doctor.
And Mouse Doctor came with more of our two-legged friends, like Five Star.
I finally was able to decide upon and launch news of our first birthday event -- a grand prize draw for the Ultimate Smash prize and a birthday cake cutting event with Hulk Smash day prizes for members.
And this is how I ended my day, back to the dim lighting but still with my four-legged beauties by my side, well not exactly.  Here's Pyen Chi retreating to the ring on account that Balboa was too tired to jump twice his height to get her and Pac was too afraid of the towels hanging and ring ropes to venture in.
