As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

The Basics of This Saturday

These three pictures basically sum up my entire lazy, lazy Saturday...
...because I spent most of it with my four-legged pups.
Here's what Pyen Chi looks like when she's hanging over me and I'm looking up.  All the extra skin on her face falls forward and he face goes super wrinkly.
I did eventually venture outside in the afternoon but just briefly.
I had to grab some veggies and I got some hair dye.  Finally found a hair dye that's EXACTLY the colour I want without having to go through five days of blueish green hair... yah me!!!
Later in the evening, late evening, we had a meeting with our main sponsor, WOW, so we had it over a massive table of fine-dining food at a local upscale restaurant.
