As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Busy Day Wednesday... Wednesday, July 2

By the start of work today, 2pm, I had...
  • Got in some morning rowing.
  • Fed and walked the pups.
  • Helped some random man break into his own work truck.
  • Meet up with a friend for coffee.
  • Checked out a new coffee shop.
  • Shopped for veggies.
  • Got lost via taking the wrong bus.
  • Took a mini tour of Cheonan (via the wrong bus situation).
  • Checked out a friend's new hair salon with Snickers.
  • Got my hair cut.
  • Visited my favourite bakery for some baked goodies.
  • Typed up this month's club newsletter.
  • Prepped 10 meals for this week.

...and then, when 2pm arrived, I geared up for boxing and did some weight training, then I worked till midnight.  After work, Snickers and I checked out a late night movie -- "Transformers 4".

Today, I woke up at 7:30am and went to bed at 4am.  It was a 18.5 hour day and it was jammed pack!!!
