As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Electra Echo -- She's a Fierce Little One and She's Hot

Introducing a new addition to my life -- Electra Echo.
She's a wickedly cool, brand spanking new BMX bike.
And with her hot pink accents and cool trick pegs, she's a beauty.
It was love at first sight.
She may not be like Gangsta Gotti but my days of dangerously fast, sidewalk-driving, red-light dodging scooter driving has been put on hold for a bit.  I have since given Gangsta Gotti away and today I welcomed in Electra Echo.
And unlike Gotti, Electra is allowed in the club.
Of course Snickers trying to capture a clear picture of me racing around with her wasn't exactly easy, hence the blurry and extreme close up shots... hahaha.
Goodnight Electra Echo and welcome to Hulk's.  You will be loved here but you will be used and abused till your tire treads wear out and your parts start to fall off.
You will surely live a full life of action with me.
