As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Searched out Heat and Ended up with Lots of Food

Me with all those fresh agendas and Snickers with all that candy, Kyobo Bookstore is definitely a hot spot for us.
Through in the fact that it's heated, a thing that is now a luxury in our life, and viola.
We love Kyobo!
Felt rather spoiled today with all the free heat at the mall and then being invited out to a friend's gorgeous restaurant across town.
Holy chicken salad.  I suppose here isn't the time to say I'm not a salad-eating kind of girl but I'll go for the chicken!
I'm not really a pasta girl, that is unless I've got a long run ahead of me.
I ordered the spicy tomato olive pasta and Snickers went for the creamy one.
...he kind of ate both.
