As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Special Delivery for our Hulkies!!!

Snickers goes from being that of a 30 year old man to a 5 year old boy at the sight of some things, 
like today's special delivery that we ordered to share with our Hulkies.

DDUK -- 9kgs of it!!!

And if weren't enough to make this inner child be all giggly, his mother most randomly showed up today with a box of dduk.  Now we've got 16kgs of dduk for everyone to eat.

...that's a lot of dduk!!!

Snickers thinks he's pretty smart with twisting the dduk on the metal rod for cooking.
I think everyone is telling him that just so they can up their probability of getting that freshly cooked dduk...hahaha.
Dduk for everyone today but most definitely dduk for my mini Hulkies.
