Today is leg day at Hulk's so I train harder, train a bit longer and train a lot happier. I love leg day. And after my gruelling training today, that left both myself and the Hulkie who was training with me huffing and puffing and wanting to puke, I jokingly told Snickers to punch my butt. "Punch my butt but be careful, it just may break your hand!", I told him. Of course it wouldn't but I had trained my lower body so hard today that it felt like it was in a perma-flex... hahaha.
I freakin' love, love, L-O-V-E leg day.
Snickers thought I was joking when I told him to punch my butt but when I repetitively said it he then knew I wasn't so he give it a little knuckle punch. "You still have a big bum", he told me. Yes, in Korea I suppose my backside is considered big I claim Korea doesn't know "big". "I didn't say I had a small bum", I snapped back with, "I have a strong bum,... I have a great trained Polish bum." "Give my 5 reasons why you think you have a great bum", he asked so I listed my reasons...
1. I'm from Canada, the Country of Chests (breasts) but mine have decreased as my boxing has increased. Now I live in the Land of Leg but I'm only 5ft 2" so I'm vertically challenged here. So I don't have a chest and I lack the long legs but my booty sticks out here, literally and figuratively speaking, so I love it.
2. It is half the size it used to be so I am no longer insecure of it and instead have grown to love it because it is so much stronger and healthier than before.
3. It trains hard and kicks other people's butts.
4. It provides very comfortable, natural padding that, in my mind, super skinny girls envy.
5. Because I have never had an ex complain about it. It has always been a much loved body part.
