As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Our K-Crew is Back Down to Only 3 Four-Legged Members

Ferrari Ali, now back to being called "Lucky" is gone.
This was the only picture I took of her today and it's with her owner.
Originally I had asked Snickers to snap a picture of me with them but I was to sad to smile for the camera.
Nothing like a random sausage fest party to cheer me up.
Hulk's Boxing, training you hard and then most randomly cooking up things for you to eat after.

Tonight the original K-Crew of three returned to sleep together as they always had before Ferrari came.
It was sad to not have Ferrari join us but it felt so good to have my four-legged friends back by my side at night and I slept a lot more sound with Pacquiao by my side.
Hulk's is notoriously by its surrounding community to be haunted and there are various odd sounds at night.  Whether it's things randomly falling behind the juice bar, mysterious footsteps or odd tapping sounds, nothing makes me feel more safe and makes me ignore all those sounds like having Pac by my side.  I know he'd attack and try to kill anything that comes in between him and I.
He is the happiest pup I've ever met but he's 20kgs of pure terror and nastiness if you make him mad.
