As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Fresh Cuts, Fresh Colours and Fresh New Foodies

Headed out to a friend's hair salon across town to get our hair trimmed.
Now that I rock the short pixie cut, my hair seems to grow like a week and the growth is definitely more noticeable so I get it trimmed about every 3 weeks.
My hair done, check.
Snickers' hair done... in process.
Headed back to Hulk's to rock our new clean trimmed hair and to clean the club before opening.
Bright training clothes, because life is too short to wear boring clothes... plus my zebra leggings always bring out the beast in me for training.
Strange fun foodies, because who says there's only one way to cook soup?! Exactly.  My soup may be super ghetto with me emptying into some snack packs of lightly salted edamame beans, thrown in rotisserie chicken, chicken brooth cube that I'm sure is past due date because my mom sent it to me back in the day, and whatever veggies I found in the fridge, but I like it.
Snickers is always teasing me about my foodies but my open face sandwich is a huge hit here at Hulk's, as is another soon-to-be-on-the-menu item.
