As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Indiegogo Update... Friday, February 13

UPDATE: Friday, February 13th, 10:23pm
We have officially raised $3973.

It was a slow week with donations but we expect last Sunday I was challenged to $10 for every kilometer I ran. I ran long and I ran injured but I covered 26kms so that will bump up the donations when we receive that. Adidas has reached out to us and offered to help so we're working with them to create a beautifully strong, beautifully big tournament-style ring and it's going to be fabulous. Adidas has always been super supportive of our boxing (Snickers' and my boxing) and Hulk's Boxing so they're also sending us some free equipment. How awesome is Adidas?! V-E-R-Y!!! Thank you to everyone who has donated and to those who haven't, please do. I can't stress enough how much we would appreciate the help (and need it too).
