As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

1 Long Run for Training and 1 Long Trek Out to Seoul for Nothing

Pre-long run, pre-pain and pre-puke.
Viola, this week's long run completed!!!
Post-long run and post-puke but still very much continual pain.
I'm not a fan of Nike -- Adidas is awesome where as Nike is not nice -- but I must note it's very tempting to be offered this high tops for work... even if they are kids size.
Not too sure how this happened, perhaps it's my lack of make-up and just being totally chill with the guys, but somewhere along the way my boy buds have started to turn me into some kind of hip-hop girl.  My buddy bought me this rather expensive, blinged-out hat and now they're talking about me wearing high top runners. The hat is cute and I like the high tops because they're so 80's but, as you can see, Snickers really likes my hat and so he snatched it for the day.
Showed up in Seoul at the SpoEx 2015 only to be 20 minutes after closing... great.
Looks like we'll be coming here again tomorrow.
