As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Clean Eats, Dangerous Work, and Dirty Play

Groceries... this should last me till Wednesday, I think... maybe.
Not sure on how long these will last though, protein chips.  BBQ, holy delish.
I told them, wait till more members show up but no, they just had to do it by themselves.
Our Hulk's halo is about 50kgs and it's not exactly easy to handle.
They never did manage to put it back up, as I totally predicted, so now it's sitting ringside waiting for more people to come help Snickers with the hefty task.
Boys will be boys and I vouch that you'll never see a female doing half the silly things the guys do.
You do realize what they're doing, right?
A slingshot, a peanut wrapped in tinfoil, and a target... stranger things have happened at Hulk's!
