As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

From Myoung-Dong to Moose Tracks

Headed out of town, out to Seoul today, for a day date of window shopping.

Decided to check out Myoung-Dong.  It's one of my favourite shopping hot spots.
Besides it being infested with people like ants on an ant hill, they've got some Western stores that I love, like Aldo.  Mind you, Aldo prices in Korea and Aldo prices in Korea, surely not the same thing.
In the early evening, after we returned to Cheonan, I headed over to Banana Bar where I was interviewed on Dan & Chance Do Korea.  Today they were "doing" Cheonan.
Our little crew of Hulkies/friends/groupies... great people.

My running partner Rocket plays guitar in a band called Moose Tracks... ya, how hot is that?!  Exactly.  Anyways, they were also interviewed on the show.
After all the interviewing was done, we than kicked back and listened to Moose Tracks bust out the tunes.
