As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

An Overdose of Greens, Candy and Wow

I'm not a fan of salads but when I do eat a salad, I eat a farm's worth of leafy greens for it.
Caribbean citrus chicken with seasoned grilled sweet potato and the farm next door for my meal.
And no, just because I go big with my salads doesn't mean I go big with the candy.  I don't really like candy actually.  Instead, this is a perfect example of lost in translation.  I told Snickers to order FIVE dollars worth of MyChew and some coffee packs for me to mail my friend -- he bought FIFTY dollars worth and 300 packs of coffee.
Pyen Chi is officially done her yearly "girl mess" so she's sitting pretty and feeling good.
Now to give this stinky little lady a shower.  That'll happen this weekend.
And looks who showed up for training today, just in time to train beside me!!!
Wow is back!!!
...and his sons, Kato and the First Son, arrived too!
All that was missing from the Wow family today was Mama Wow.
Kato and the First Son, first two people to actually put our side office couch to work... hahaha.
