I think one of the best ideas I've come up with is making pictures for the crossfit outlines I type up. They have the English exercise name to each exercise in the four sets but not all members are able to read English so the pictures definitely help when it comes to members picking among the planned workout outlines which one they'd like to do on their own, like on Free Train Fridays.
Today we're doing upper body in crossfit and the above and below pictures are of some of the exercises in today's crossfit workout outline.
Mondays are for upper body and these are some of the 8 exercises that made the cut.
