As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

The Food Fight Continues but on Tape

Day three of filming today with KBS and they caught the good -- me training hard,
the bad -- Snickers giving me a hard time during padwork,
and the ugly -- an argument about Snickers' lack of cooking and my disapproval of him always going out to eat when he should be working... and could be cooking.
My cooking is great and Snickers says he doesn't like it though he hasn't really tasted it.
Some of our Hulkies got interviewed about my cooking.  They like my cooking and the proof is in the fact that my chicken sweet potato dish has been requested as a new item on our menu.
The argument continued long into the evening and then, as if he came in on perfect cue, one of our Hulkies walked in with homemade Polish food!!!
...and an extra special treat for us.
The argument about Snickers' lack of cooking continued but it quickly turned into quite the sarcastic scene with me telling members they could either sit on my coach or "go away" based on if they cooked for themselves...and KBS caught it all on tape, nice.
