As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

What I Eat in a Day

I'm a big fan of MyFitnessPal so I made a collague here to show you some screen shots of the various things I can do with this particular application.
Breakfast gives you energy for your day! Allowing your body to burn those calories for the rest of the day.
In addition to really trying to track my macro nutrients, I'm really trying to taper my meals throughout the day... with the exception of my post long run meal.

Today I decided to take a snapshot of all my meals, all 6 of them.
MEAL 1:  This is my biggest meal of the day, it's about 400 calories of pure delish.

MEAL 2:  I eat this at 2pm because it's right after I've finished a solid hour of cleaning the club and about an hour before I start my own training.
MEAL 3:  I'm a sucker for cheese, it's a weakness of mine, so today I ate one full slice of marble cheese.  I used about half of the slice for this meal.
MEAL 4:  Discovering the awesomeness that results from putting a protein bar in the microwave for 20 seconds blew my mind and instantly made my taste buds fall in love.
MEAL 5:  Here's the second half of the slice of marble cheese and it's paired up with 5 egg white and veggies for a late evening delish meal.
MEAL 6:  This meal isn't a favourite but after I down the seasoned steamed broccoli I do enjoy eating the edamames.  I put them in a little bowl and they're a perfect late night munchie for when I'm watching YouTube videos or just relaxing.
