As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

An Awesome but Exhausting Day... Friday, May 29

To say it was an extremely long day would be an understatement.

With exactly only 2 hours and 52 minutes of sleep, I woke up at 5:34am and spent the next 22 hours and 50 minutes in full speed mode until 3:24am when I was able to go back to bed.

Today I went to Incheon Airport to pick our main sponsor up, the hospital to visit a Hulkie, work on some computer work, then I ended up putting one Hulkie through my workout alongside me and then I ended the evening with a late night Crossfit Challenger class.  So much for Friday being my relaxing, "slow" day at work.  I feel this is becoming a trend every Friday, it being my busiest day of the work week.

I'd write more about it but I'm too exhausted.  Between yesterday's extra intense training plus sparring all in the same day, and then today's lack of sleep mixed with an overdose of non stop work and more working out, I'm beat.
