As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Fueling up on Food and Training after the Pesky Parkers

I was asked "If you had a million dollars, what would you do?"
My answer if you asked me today would be I'd pay someone to stand outside and flip the bird to these Pesky Parkers... hahaha.
Ok, so I wouldn't pay them to flip them the bird but I would pay them to deal with such Pesky Parkers because they are my biggest pet peeve!!!
Today my delieveries came for the juice bar and now the bar is loaded!!!
So much for Free Train Friday, these fierce females sucked me into doing the Crossfit Challenger class with them.  I'm a sucker for some hardcore ladies who want some competition.
We upped the competition with extra ab work at the end of an already draining workout.
So much for telling people to "man up", here at Hulk's it's "woman up".
These women love the iron and the heavier it is the more they love it.
