As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Movie + Date + Cheat Meal = Dangerously soooo Good!!!

Movie date night mixed with my cheat meal... holy sinfully delish fun for me!!!
My pick for this week's cheat meal, fried chicken.
And of course our four-legged beauties wanted to help taste test all the chicken.
Sorry cuties but you have to have only two legs to eat this stuff.
Telling them in both Korean and English they couldn't eat the chicken didn't stop them from hanging around the juice bar, hoping for any "accidental" drop.

Look at those faces, tell me that's not a true test of will power right there having to say no to them.  They're so super cute.  The struggle is real.
The struggle with Balboa however was a whole other struggle.
His struggle was with trying to stay awake.
A for effort, F for fail... and just like that it was lights out for this cutie.
