As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Off to Granny Kim's House We Go!!!

Jumped into Magna Storm and headed off to see Granny Kim, this is after KBS propped their "magic arm" camera in our truck and then jumped in our back seat.
Note to self:  must get a magic arm and one of these super cameras!!!
Lunch out meant the unexpected arrival of K-Gere
...and of course the KBS camera crew of two also joined us.
After lunch we went for a little drive in the country and Snickers passed a little Hulk figurine to Granny Kim.  She wanted to know why he was green and half naked.
Snickers asked her, "What do you think of him?"  She said he looked like an angry person.
And what's a visit out to Granny Kim's house in Buyeo without dropping by the outlet mall.
Back at Granny Kim's house something in the sky caught my eye -- a camera drone.
The other KBS cameraman had it circling over Granny Kim's house, filming us,...awesome!!!
For giggles, Granny Kim and I participated in a Korean spelling bee.
I scored 7 out of 10 and she only got 2 out of 10 but she scored bonus points for being so cute.
