As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

One Happy Girl and One Happy Boy

With Wow back in the country Pyen Chi is super happy.
I think beyond Snickers and I, there is no one she loves more than Wow.
I think there's no one that Snickers clicks with quite like Wow.
He is such a positive mentor and role model to Snickers, to both of us actually.
After training and then eating, I headed out to watch Snickers play baseball with his team.
I'm convinced if there is ever such a thing as magic then it is surely in a sports uniform.  I happen to think baseball is one of the slowest sport but those uniforms, wow, I think that's what lures us ladies to come watch.
My man up at bat, seconds before he absolutely smacked that ball out field.
Run baby, run... run, run, run!!!
Snickers' hit brought in a runner and got him on second but look at him as he runs home and scores a point.  He's so super happy!
Too damn cute.  The magic in his baseball uniform makes him look super hot but when he's out there running the bases it's like he becomes a child all over again with his excitement.
