As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Pyen Chi Eases my Disappointment with Team Nigeria

This is how I started my work day, sitting on the top step of Hulk's with my favourite girl.
She doesn't talk much but she makes for a great listener.
Sometimes I look at her and feel there's a real girl inside of her, as if she's just a two-legged girl like me but with a shaving problem... hahaha.
With Pyen Chi being pregnant, she's getting the royal treatment.
She is separated from the other two during the day and spends her day lounging in our bedroom so to reduce her stress levels.  Snickers is making her bone soup and she got a special delivery today -- dried fish.
  She loves her dried fish!
But despite Pyen Chi being pregnant, she's still working here at Hulk's.
Today she modeled for me.
