When I think of my job as coach I can assume numerous training-related tasks that come with it.  And when I think of my job as a boxing club manager, I can assume other additional tasks that come attached with that label, like bookkeeping, banking, and schedules.  But neither my expectations or assumptions of the two labels could have prepared me for the reality of them.  Take today for instance, my job as coach and club manager included me making dinner for a Hulkie, playing ping-pong with another Hulkie, singing old school K-pop songs with some high school boys, untangling one Hulkies' hair as she sat there with it caught in the hair dryer, and buying feminine products for another Hulkie.
Today one of my random tasks was figuring out how to tell our set of twin mini Hulkies apart.  They just love to pull my leg and tease me about not being able to tell them apart.  I found out though on how to tell them apart.  One of them has a little beauty mark right above his upper lip, on the right side.
Some of our mini Hulkies are growing up too fast and right before our eyes too.  I feel like an older sister to many of them and it's been as interesting as it is sad to see some of these mini Hulkies grow up.  I say sad because it's hard to accept they're getting older, maturing and becoming adults.  My two mini assistants, they're both wearing bras now but when I first met them over a year ago they were clearly still little kids.  I measured one of them today; she's grown 6 centimetres this past year and is now as tall as me.  She wears a bigger shoe size than me now!  I feel as if she and the others are getting older and maturer but I'm staying the same age and becoming more immature.  I said the word "fart" today in front of some of our mini Hulkies and giggled uncontrollably at it like I was 10 all over again.  They giggled at me giggling.
