As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

All in a Sunday

Headed to my dad's church with him today for a special Father's Day service.
Ran into some friends of my family and ended up sitting with them.
Happy Father's Day to my dad.  The last time I spent Father's Day with my dad was back in 2004!
Every year my dad's church hosts a special event for the dads and the community too actually.
It's a car show with oldies that are beauties, all lined up and all filling up the parking lot.
Some of them were absolutely sweet looking.
You knew that someone had put a lot of time, money, effort, and love into them!!!
I'm not for cars actually but you couldn't help but admire them in all their beauty.
After lunch we grabbed lunch and then decided to head out of town.
We drove a bit over an hour out to the countryside, to my oldest brother's house.
Maybe I'm biased, I don't think so, but my three little nieces are by far the cutest and sweetest little nieces that ever did exist.
 They're so full of energy!!!
And their energy is contagious.  Here's me being convinced to jump on the trampoline.  They taught me how to do a what they called a "butt jump" and a "knee fall".  Talk about a workout.
After we left my brother's house, my dad and I then grabbed a coffee and headed to the local lake.
