As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Baby Ali Getting Some Much Needed Assistance

Pyen Chi's little four-legged babies have definitely captured the hearts of everyone who has seen them but I'm not too sure if Pyen Chi is fully committed to being a mom.  Here's Snickers checking up on the pups after Pyen Chi randomly left them on their own.  We're constantly trying to get her to pay more attention to them.
Notice the difference in sizes?!
That's Baby #3 on the left, Ali, the one who Snickers played the hero for in saving his life.
At first he was the same size as his brothers and sisters but now they're continuing to get bigger and stronger at a rate that is clearly surpassing his growth.  He is about half their size.
Baby Ali may be super small in comparision to his siblings but the love and attention he's getting is definitely in super size quantities.
As of today, we've started to bottle feed him... how adorable is this sight?!  Exactly.
